I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from AMA Computer College East Rizal. During college, I gained hands-on experience as an IT intern, where I developed skills in PC troubleshooting, system unit building, basic Cisco networking, and using Microsoft Office tools. Professionally, I’ve worked in customer service and technical support roles at companies like Teleperformance, Concentrix, and Hinduja Global Solutions. My experience includes assisting customers with technical issues, banking concerns, and even auditing expense reports. I also worked as a Recruitment Assistant, handling applicant calls, updating trackers, and creating postings. I’m now looking for a role where I can continue learning, apply my skills, and contribute to a team while growing professionally.
